There is not much I can say about this Grand Hotel except that we would not stay again . Value for money was not present and the standard of the food in the Restrauant was very poor Also We have traveled many places and stayed in many 5 star resorts and have never had to pay for the use of a beach chair before . Very disturbing and would never stay again . Would not rate very high

Greatly enjoyed the stay, it was luxurious during the month long vacation. Extremely helpful staff and perfect location to go on the private beach, everything was perfect. My room was new-fashioned & spotless with an extra £ 200, three opening windows overlooking the serenading gandoliers gojng by, for instance...

The hotel has its own beach. But it's paid and quite expensive... The gym is 9 square meters. And it doesn't work!

A room with a view
Waking up each day to amazing views of the Adriatic Sea. The ambiance of this historic hotel was enchanting and nice.
Unfortunately, the beach service felt lacking. The high fees for sunbeds seemed unjustified given the limited amenities available .

The location was great. The architect of the building was outstanding. The breakfast was amazing.
The entrance is from the back of the hotel and yet the grandeur of the hotel is in the front but treated as the back. Very odd! I would have preferred to know in advance that the stay was in the Residenza and not in the hotel itself. I would have preferred to know the rate to rent the beach chairs in advance on the website.

The position was excellent.
Very disappointed with the Hotel. Booked expecting a 5* hotel, but the facilities did not live upto it's ratings. Alot of facilities not open. No Games room or gym, we did know the pool areas would not be open, but we were not told about the major renovation work taking place all over the hotel. Breakfast on the 1st few days, served stale bread/cakes and the juice had turned - not fresh, better in the middle of the stay when the hotel was busier. And what 5* hotel doesn't provide tea/coffee in the rooms! Like I said not a 5* by any means, and should NOT be advertised as one.

Lovely "Grand Dame" Hotel, staff very pleasant...great breakfast and nice renovated room.
Just charge 1 price for each category room...so complicated with extra's for everything, I expected to be charged per flush of the toilet!!!

Stylish hotel with great facilities in a perfect location near a private beach, very cheap supermarket and the annexe '' Residenza Parco Fellini ''.
Disappointing breakfast.

The cleanliness, the very, very good breakfast. A great variety. The waiters at the restaurant are very friendly.
when we enter. there is another building of the 4 star hotel. if you are in the reception or in the restaurant of the hotel you have to leave the hotel and cross the track and enter the other hotel to go to your room. there is another reception with the staff half asleep . The hotel offers a buffet in the garden for 65 Euros per person. The buffet is nothing special, just salads, a little bit of food, meat, noodles but fish almost nothing. At 23h everything is finished. If you want to go in the SPA where this sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, you have to make an appointment. you can not go alone liberally. there is a staff that makes the guide. maximum 20 minutes and there is a cost of 25 euros. If you go without warning you are shouted at and thrown out of the SPA.

Location perfect to start trips around Rimini or go to the beach
Room need to be painted; breakfast as usual within Italy acceptable but not 5 stars; pool closed at the beginning of October; no sun chairs available

Make sure you are not in the annexe. It's not 5 star, it's not even 3 star. Stay in a renovated room in the main building. Be ready to pay EUR90 extra per day for the beach facilities !!!

Very professional and friendly hotel staff. Good breakfast buffet. Nice swimming pool and nice location
Additional price for the beach between €85 and €110 per room and per day, but this not a budget hotel and if one cannot afford the supplements, tips, ... of a first class hotel, one should not book one!

Super photos in inet, very selling for the people who are eager to spend luxary weekend. Very disappointing that this is not the case. See next paragraphe for details.
The visit to this hotel was the most disappointing adventure i have ever experienced. The staff was extremely unhelpful. The photos of the hotel (interior and exterior) completely do not correspond to reality. The advice to the visitors would be to be prepared that the holders of the hotel have a completely different opinion about luxury. We have been shocked by the quality of the Superior Room that was suggested to us, a hovel with shabby furniture. Following our request to change our room for something that corresponds to five star hotel, our inspiration of staying in this hotel has died completely. For example, the best junior suit that was shown to us made me feel that this hotel has undergone only exterior reconstruction, keeping the interior in the style of pre-First World War literally keeping the nature of that time (even smell was stuff like in a barn). Another surprise from this super luxury hotel came from the look of hotel staff. That was the face of the hotel and believe me it leaves well to be desired.

The room had a bit of character but felt tired-think scruffy walls and old fixtures. The shower situation was weird with no curtain, so the whole bathroom got wet. It was noisy too, lots of sound from the hall. I did get a fruit basket which was nice. Just a mixed bag overall.
